Title: CNC Machinist -- 2nd Shift Dept: Machine Shop

Position Type: Full Time, 2nd Shift

Education: Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Description: As a Machinist / Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Technician you will shape metal and various materials to precise dimensions by using machine tools. MT/CNC technician’s plans and set up the correct sequence of machine operations in accordance with blueprints, layouts or other instructions to write both manual and computer-generated machine programs. The technician is required to use various hand tools, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
