Title: Test Engineer Dept: Test, Engineering

Position Type: Full-time

Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Description: Ensure we support new product development to transfer new products on time and in compliance with regulations. Take an active role in implementing lean manufacturing techniques.

Position requirements and responsibilities include:

- Ensure daily production meeting takes place to ensure on time delivery of product.
- Support and guide test production line.
- Continuously enhance the manufacturing processes to implement advanced manufacturing processes, i.e. lean manufacturing, demand flow technology, etc.
- Provide recommendations to build a department to support proper growth.
- Track cycle time of all work orders.
- Support the other product lines with good communication of issue that will affect their schedules.
