Our custom balloon tubing extrusion process was developed on a foundation of extensive experience in balloon design and development. We focus on the consistent production of defect-free tubing to provide increased production yields and superior balloon performance characteristics. Interface provides complete documentation for every lot including a certificate of compliance, dimensional and visual inspection reports, and tensile test report.

Custom Welding Sleeves

Interface offers high-quality, custom welding sleeves using our extensive knowledge designing and producing tubing welding machines along with balloon tubing, development and production. The welding sleeves are customized based on tubing material, diameter and wall thickness.

• Welding sleeve material includes Teflon® and Polyolefin
• Wall thickness from .002 to .010 inches (.05 mm - .25 mm)
• Diameters from .006 to .125 inches (.15 mm - 3 mm)
